About the Position:
We are in search of team members who possess the versatility to work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, as well as our Front-End. The hourly pay range for this position is between $13.00 and $16.00.
What You’ll Do:
– Provide exceptional guest service consistently, which encompasses:
– Engaging with guests to discern their preferences and assist them in crafting their meal solutions
– Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of store products and weekly promotional items and collaborating with colleagues across departments to support guests
– Enhancing the shopping experience by merchandising and restocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
– Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
– Presenting yourself in a professional manner, in adherence to uniform standards
Qualifications:
– A passion for delivering extraordinary service
– Must be at least 16 years of age
