Job description:

This part-time position involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a crucial role in introducing customers to innovative items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, and demonstrations. While prior experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cash handling, stocking, product demonstration, brand ambassadorship, or advocacy is beneficial, it is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers effectively, communicating key product details.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while preparing samples, including cooking, processing, plating, and serving.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals for the showcased products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (individuals handling alcohol and production must be 18 years or older).
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred; however, holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays is required.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen appliances, including microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
