Job description:

This part-time associate position involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to exciting new items and brands through product tasting events, sampling activities, and demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or as a brand ambassador or advocate is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to effectively communicate key product information.
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements during sample preparation (cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals for the featured products.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age; for roles involving alcohol and production, candidates must be 18 or older.
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred, with opportunities to work on holidays and weekdays as well.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on working days is required.
• Capability to safely operate kitchen appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
