Job description:

This part-time associate will sample products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to innovative items and brands by conducting product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While prior experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstration, brand ambassador, or brand advocacy is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to effectively communicate key product information.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during the preparation and serving of samples (including cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales objectives for the featured products.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ for roles involving alcohol and production).
  • Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
  • Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet during workdays.
  • Ability to safely operate appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the event.
