Job description:

The part-time associate will be responsible for sampling products on behalf of suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a pivotal role in introducing customers to innovative items and brands through engaging product tasting events, demonstrations, or sampling activities. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to communicate essential information about products.
• Adhere to food safety protocols while preparing samples, including cooking, processing, plating, and serving.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals for featured products.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age; those involved in alcohol and production tasks must be 18 or older.
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred; opportunities for holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Must have reliable access to a smartphone or tablet during work hours.
• Ability to operate appliances safely, including microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Capacity to stand for the duration of the event.
