Job description:

This part-time associate will be responsible for sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, or as a demonstrator, brand ambassador, or brand advocate is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to effectively communicate key product information.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during sample preparation (including cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals for the products.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for roles involving alcohol and production).
• Availability on weekends (Friday to Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet during working hours.
• Ability to safely operate appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
• Capacity to stand for the duration of the event.
