Job description:

This part-time associate will be responsible for sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will have the opportunity to introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands through engaging product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, or branding is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers by effectively communicating key product points.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during sample preparation, which includes cooking, processing, plating, and serving.
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales objectives for various products.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age (18+ for roles involving alcohol and production).
• Weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days of work is necessary.
• Ability to safely operate appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Capability to stand for the duration of events.
