Job description:

This part-time position involves sampling products for suppliers at a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will engage customers with new and exciting items and brands through product tastings, sampling events, and demonstrations. While prior experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, brand ambassadorship, or brand advocacy is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to effectively communicate key product features.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards while preparing samples (including cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets for the featured products.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old (18+ for positions involving alcohol and production).
• Availability on weekends (Friday through Sunday) is preferred, though holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays is required.
• Capability to safely operate kitchen appliances, such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Ability to stand and engage with customers for the duration of the event.

Work Environment:
