Job description:

This part-time associate position involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, and demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstration, branding, or advocacy is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers by effectively communicating key product features and benefits.
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols while preparing samples, including cooking, processing, plating, and serving.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals for showcased products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 16 years (18 years for alcohol and specific production roles).
• Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet is required during workdays.
• Ability to safely operate appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Capability to stand and perform event duties for the duration of the sampling.
