Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems to perform follow-ups, and providing unparalleled customer service to establish long-term business relationships. We seek a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and innovative in a vibrant sales environment. No prior automotive sales experience is required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Staying up-to-date with the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge
- Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and more
- Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features
- Utilizing dealership systems for pre and post-follow-up to build and maintain a client database
- Maintaining an informed understanding of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs
- Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery
- Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership
- Assisting in the preparation of the showroom to ensure a strong selection of vehicles and maintaining a presentable environment for customers

- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
