AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 for a “Production Operator I” in Bellevue, OH, appears to be competitive but may vary based on specific industry standards and company practices. According to data from various salary resources, entry-level production operators in the Midwest typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and the specific manufacturing sector. Given that Bellevue is situated in Ohio, which tends to have a lower cost of living compared to larger urban centers, a $20 hourly rate is likely within the average range and can attract candidates, especially if combined with benefits or opportunities for overtime.
