Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all job functions with a strong commitment to quality and safety, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
  • Label production bags according to the Production Schedule.
  • Assemble raw materials as specified in daily batch sheets.
  • Select and weigh raw materials for processing lines.
  • Load staged pallets into the blender.
  • Package, label, and palletize finished products.
  • Collect retention samples of finished products.
  • Conduct weight check verifications and metal detector inspections.
  • Accurately document all required food quality and production information.
  • Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards while adhering strictly to outlined food and safety protocols.
  • Identify and report any food safety or quality issues to the supervisor or manager.
  • Participate in training initiatives related to GMP, HACCP, and other facility and production policies and procedures.
  • Operate forklifts as needed.
  • Foster and contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture by being self-driven, reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
  • Perform routine lifting of 50 lb. bags.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
