Job Overview
The Office of the University Registrar is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, design, evaluation, modification, and coordination of classroom scheduling efforts. This position may offer a hybrid work schedule.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate centrally scheduled classroom placement efforts.
- Design, create, and conduct training sessions, workshops, and programs.
- Develop objectives and monitor progress toward those objectives. Identify challenges and actionable solutions, prioritize projects, and implement improvement strategies.
- Develop, administer, and analyze assessments, evaluations, and/or questionnaires; compile statistics and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with students, staff, faculty, external agencies, and various university departments. Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Perform additional duties as needed based on departmental requirements. Please note that this job description is subject to change at any time.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Alternatively, five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
Required Experience
- A minimum of one (1) year of program coordination experience.
Additional Qualifications Considered
- Experience in managing logistics or operations.
- Background in customer service, front desk operations, or client-facing roles.
