Job Title: PT Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “PT Caregiver/Med Tech” in Clinton Township, MI, is generally on the lower side when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average pay for caregivers in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Med Tech roles, which often require additional training and certification for medication administration, can command higher wages, often starting around $16 to $25 per hour. Given this context, while $15 may meet minimum wage requirements, it may not be considered competitive, especially for candidates with the necessary qualifications and experience.
