Job Description
Job Title: PT Caregiver/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Fraser, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: In Fraser, MI, an hourly rate of $15 for a “PT Caregiver/Med Tech” position is generally considered below the competitive range for similar roles in the region. According to various salary surveys and job postings, the average pay for caregiver roles typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as certification, the demand for caregiving services, and the cost of living in the area can further influence wage expectations. Therefore, while $15 might attract candidates, it may limit the pool of qualified applicants and potentially impact employee retention in the long run.
