Job Title: Ramp Agents/Ground Service Agents

Company: dnata

Location: Romulus, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for Ramp Agents/Ground Service Agents in Romulus, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this role, especially considering that similar positions at major airlines and service companies often pay between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific employer. In the Detroit metropolitan area, where the cost of living may influence wage expectations, this rate may not be very competitive, especially given recent trends toward higher wages in the service industry. Overall, while $15/hour can serve as an entry-level wage, it may not attract skilled candidates in a market that is increasingly valuing competitive compensation.
