Job Description
Job Title: Reactor Operator Trainee
Company: H.B. Fuller
Location: Troy, MI
Pay: $10 – 21 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10 to $21 for a “Reactor Operator Trainee” in Troy, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar positions within the energy and utilities sectors. Typically, entry-level roles in this field can range from $15 to $30 per hour, depending on factors like experience, company size, and specific responsibilities. While the starting wages might attract candidates due to the low threshold, the upper limit of $21 may not reflect the growing demand and skill requirements for reactor operators, especially in a region with a strong industrial presence. Ultimately, this pay scale may struggle to attract qualified talent unless supplemented by robust training and long-term career advancement opportunities.
