We are seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting dealerships across Michigan. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building community connections, enhancing brand engagement, and coordinating impactful events in multiple locations.

As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in boosting brand visibility and customer engagement across our regional dealerships. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing local marketing events and managing regional social media channels to align with business goals and drive foot traffic. You will collaborate closely with store leadership, corporate marketing teams, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, engaging marketing experiences that reflect our brand and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute community-facing events such as car shows, dealership open houses, test drive activations, OEM partnerships, and sponsored events.
  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site event execution.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and corporate teams (co-op, legal, compliance) to ensure event alignment and secure necessary approvals.
  • Evaluate and report on event performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Attend events at regional dealership locations to guarantee successful execution.

Regional Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement local social media strategies that align with national brand objectives.
  • Create engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage community engagement.
  • Partner with the content team to produce localized, relevant campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, automotive industry developments, and regional marketing best practices.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media and campaign success.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on event management and/or social media.
  • Background in the automotive or retail industry is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
