Job description:

Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor to join a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and technically stimulating environment, providing support to both internal and external clients nationwide.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
  • Successful completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
  • At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor, accrediting or certifying facilities that cater to residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Strong independent decision-making abilities to effectively manage the survey process.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks independently and collaboratively during survey activities.
  • Ability to discuss conflicts or controversies openly and seek assistance when necessary to make informed decisions and resolve issues.
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time regularly.
