Job Title: Relief Cook

Company: Corewell Health

Pay: $16.4 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.40 for a Relief Cook in Hastings, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for the role, which typically ranges from $14 to $22 per hour depending on experience, location, and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or those in smaller establishments, it may not attract more experienced professionals given the rising cost of living and competitive job market in some regions. Overall, while it may suffice for some candidates, it may need to be adjusted to align more closely with industry standards and attract a broader talent pool.
