Work Flexibility: Onsite
1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You Will Do:
- Test, repair, receive, and ship various products, including sub-assemblies, loaners, certified pre-owned items, and customer-owned units. Utilize independent judgment to ensure quality and compliance with established procedures while working on diverse repairs across multiple work centers.
- Independently verify that products align with safety, quality, and quantity standards by adhering to procedures and specifications.
- Address and resolve issues autonomously, communicating updates to the support team as necessary.
- Provide guidance and potential solutions to colleagues facing challenges, while mentoring peers involved in international repairs.
- Train new team members by sharing insights and suggestions for improvement, supporting peers across various work centers, and imparting knowledge of best practices and experiences.
- Ensure compliance with documentation procedures, maintain a clean and compliant workstation, complete all required training punctually, accurately employ material flow processes, adapt to changing conditions swiftly, and strive to exceed productivity and service level goals.
- Interpret engineering drawings and follow documented instructions effectively.
- Engage in operational and business unit projects, contributing to lean continuous improvement initiatives, participating in managing for daily improvement (MDI), problem-solving, and running Tier 1 as needed, while actively submitting suggestions in areas related to safety, quality, or lean programs.
What You Need:

- Proficiency in basic math and writing skills.
- Ability to meet schedule and overtime requirements as needed.
- Capability to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to safety standards, including the use of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing, production, or troubleshooting processes.
