As a Housekeeper, you embody the heart of our hotel, driven by a passion for exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms daily in line with hotel standards, conducting deep cleaning activities, and performing preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Ensure that lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are immaculate. Keep all areas shining, from carpets to furniture. Efficiently stock and organize housekeeping carts to ensure readiness. Replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks as necessary, including changing air conditioning filters and touching up paint.

  • Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly demeanor, showcasing excellent customer service skills.

  • Safety and Compliance: Respect and ensure the safety of both guests and hotel property. Protect sensitive areas and adhere to safe work practices to avoid potential injuries.

Education & Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with both guests and team members.
