The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of public areas while providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires detail-oriented individuals who can manage physical tasks effectively and contribute positively to the housekeeping team.

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. Ensure that lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are impeccably maintained, ensuring all surfaces, from carpets to furniture, shine.
  • Guest Service & Communication: Promptly respond to guest requests with a friendly demeanor, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate in setting up meeting rooms and events, ensuring arrangements meet both guest and team standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Secure sensitive areas and manage lost-and-found items responsibly. Adhere to safe work practices to mitigate potential injuries.

Education & Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
