Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Encourage resident participation within the community
• Maintain a clean environment through light housekeeping
• Assess and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor
• Complete all required documentation and charting
• Communicate professionally with families, support staff, and coworkers
• Adhere to safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
• Assist team members with their duties as needed
• Execute other responsibilities as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience working with the elderly
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Reliable transportation
