AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Wayne, MI, is generally below the average pay for similar roles in the region and the healthcare sector. As of 2023, the typical wage for a resident aide or medication technician often ranges from $16 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and specific job responsibilities. Considering the rising demand for healthcare workers and the cost of living in Michigan, this rate may not be competitive, possibly affecting recruitment and retention in this vital role.
