Briarfield Health Care Centers is actively seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to join our teams across Mahoning and Columbiana Counties. Our Assisted Living facilities include:

The Resident Assistant (RA) will be responsible for:

  • Responding to signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to assess residents’ needs.
  • Assisting residents with specific requirements related to their activities of daily living.
  • Providing assistance with residents’ laundry as required.
  • Executing light housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy living environment.
  • Ensuring the physical surroundings are clean, safe, and inviting.
  • Performing additional related tasks as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess current First Aid Certification or obtain it within 60 days of hire.
