Briarfield Health Care Centers is seeking Resident Assistants to join our teams across Mahoning and Columbiana Counties! Our Assisted Living locations include:

  • The Inn at Old Saybrook
  • Briarfield Manor

The Residential Assistant (RA) is responsible for:

  • Responding to signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to ascertain residents’ needs.
  • Assisting residents with their activities of daily living tailored to their specific needs.
  • Providing support with residents’ laundry as necessary.
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Ensuring the physical environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Carrying out other related activities as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current First Aid Certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
