Job Title: Residential Support Specialist – Part time

Company: Avalon

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $19.04 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19.04 for a part-time Residential Support Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI, is generally considered competitive but falls slightly below the typical range for similar roles in the area. According to industry standards, caregivers and support specialists in Michigan often earn between $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities. While $19.04 is relatively close, it may struggle to attract experienced candidates or those seeking sustainable wages, especially in a higher-cost living area like Ann Arbor. It’s essential for employers to ensure that compensation packages reflect both market conditions and the level of expertise required for the role to remain competitive.
