Job description:
Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing personnel functions such as interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, and discharging staff. Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct regular inventory assessments.

– Create, monitor, and forecast daily and monthly departmental profit and loss reports.
– Assess service levels to ensure guest interactions consistently meet established standards.
– Develop and maintain innovative menu concepts and restaurant designs.
– Conduct tastings to evaluate food quality.
– Provide direction, motivation, and ongoing support to both front-of-house and back-of-house managers.
– Address customer complaints regarding food quality and preparation issues.
– Make informed purchasing decisions for products and equipment that enhance hotel operations.
– Collaborate with Warehouse Operations and the Purchasing Director.
– Initiate projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency for staff in both front and back of house.

Qualifications:

– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or higher role within food and beverage operations is preferred.
– Comprehensive knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
– Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is preferred.
– Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, effectively navigating through operations.
– Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
