Front of House Roles:

  • Cashier – handling walk-in and drive-thru orders
  • Counter Server – managing expo, curbside service, and guest interactions

Back of House Roles:

  • Pits – preparing and smoking meats
  • Boards – functioning as a line cook or meat cutter
  • Prep – making sides and desserts from scratch
  • Dishwasher – maintaining cleanliness and utility
