Required or Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in the restaurant or retail sector, or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies, P&L statement analysis, recruiting, and training.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring and employee retention.
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • ServeSafe Certification.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
