Our Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of and commitment to food safety protocols and regulations.
- Has strong knowledge of restaurant operations; must possess a PIC or ServSafe Certificate, or be willing to obtain it prior to starting.
- Brings prior experience as a manager, leader, or supervisor in a restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Management/PIC:
Ensure high-quality service standards are upheld, delegate staff responsibilities, verify inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to the management team. Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional, customer-focused manner. Make informed decisions about guest accommodations, staffing, and operational issues. -
Coaching & Leadership:
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members, fostering professional development through clear communication. Lead by example, showcasing a positive work ethic and maintaining a professional demeanor. -
Financial Management:
Prepare accurate daily reports and deposits in accordance with financial procedures. Monitor cash flow and report any discrepancies to the management team. - Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintain a steadfast commitment to the highest food safety and cleanliness standards.
