In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

  • Role model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and uphold a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, providing correct change and adhering to established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Maintain and uphold the merchandising philosophy, following established procedures and standards.
  • Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, complying with company standards.
  • Engage in store recovery initiatives as needed throughout the day.
  • Uphold all organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback and recognition consistently.
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction goals and initiatives.
  • Participate in safety awareness programs ensuring a secure environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
