Job Title: Retail Donation Attendant at Mason

Company:

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for the role of “Retail Donation Attendant” in Mason, OH, appears to be below the competitive standard for similar positions in the retail and nonprofit sectors. In 2023, average wages for comparable roles typically range from $13 to $16 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and increased minimum wage laws in many states, the offered rate may struggle to attract and retain quality candidates, suggesting that it may need to be reassessed to remain competitive in the local job market.
