Job description:

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly expanding home improvement company, seeks Part-time Retail Marketers to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, possess self-motivation, reliability, and have access to dependable transportation. Selected individuals will work on-site at various retail locations, with flexible hours that may vary, including mandatory weekend availability.

Job Summary:
The Retail Marketer will attend scheduled shifts at retail locations to generate leads for the local office through proactive engagement with potential customers. This role requires the individual to exceed lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and deliver product demonstrations with high energy and positivity
• Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication with management
• Meet established performance goals

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday)
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Smartphone required
• Self-motivated with a keen desire to educate potential customers about our offerings
