Job description:

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly expanding home improvement company, is seeking Part-time Retail Marketers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, possess a self-motivated and reliable nature, and have dependable transportation. Selected applicants will work on-site at various retail locations, with hours and days subject to variation; therefore, weekend availability is essential.

Job Summary:
The Retail Marketer will participate in pre-scheduled shifts at retail stores, generating leads for the local office through direct engagement with potential customers. This role entails exceeding specified lead targets and objectives set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using dynamic and positive communication techniques.
• Operate autonomously while ensuring consistent communication with management.
• Achieve established performance goals.
• Generate high-quality leads for our industry-leading products.

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• A smartphone is required.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in educating potential customers about our products.
• High energy and engagement levels for extended periods.
• Ability to effectively utilize our proven system for lead generation for our top-rated products.
