In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through engaging interactions, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may receive cross-training to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

  • Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns while following established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs.
  • Uphold our merchandising philosophy, adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
