In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and you may also be cross-trained to work in various areas of the store to support business needs.
– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring correct change is provided in accordance with established operating procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Accurately prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in alignment with company guidelines.
– Initiate and engage in store recovery activities throughout the day as required.
– Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Participate in safety awareness efforts, ensuring a secure environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
