In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers and embodying our customer service principles. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Additionally, you may be cross-trained in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model for established customer service practices for both internal and external customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Conduct accurate transactions for customer purchases and returns, ensuring proper change is provided in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
  • Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Proactively engage in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in overall store maintenance.
  • Provide and accept constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in safety awareness activities to maintain a secure environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
