As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, exemplifying the principles and philosophy of customer care, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while potentially being cross-trained to support various areas within the store to meet business needs.
– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, engaging positively with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and transactions according to established operating procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold merchandising philosophy by adhering to established procedures and standards.
– Accurately prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor, following company guidelines.
– Initiate and participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall upkeep of the store.
– Accept and provide recognition and constructive feedback to peers.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Engage in programs aimed at reducing store shrink and support safety awareness to maintain a secure environment.
