Job Description
Job Title: Retail Personal Service Provider (PSP)
Company: Natures Medicines – Tedra
Location: Wayne, MI
Pay: $15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15.50 for a Retail Personal Service Provider (PSP) in Wayne, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. Typical hourly rates for similar roles in retail and personal services generally range from $16 to $20 or more, depending on experience and specific job duties. Additionally, the cost of living in Michigan, though relatively moderate, may affect competitive pay rates. Therefore, while $15.50 is not far below the average, it may not be attractive enough to draw candidates, particularly in a competitive job market where higher wages are becoming the norm.
