As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers, adhering to customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will comply with all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Exemplify customer experience practices through exceptional interactions with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and uphold a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and handle cash with precision according to established procedures.
– Promote and support credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Maintain adherence to merchandising philosophy and established standards for merchandising.
– Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in compliance with company procedures and standards.
– Participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout each day.
– Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink and participate in related programs.
– Engage in safety awareness practices to uphold a secure shopping environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
