Compensation: Pay range from $58,000 to $82,000, plus monthly incentives based on sales metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management and leadership of a Tempur Sealy retail store.
  • Directly manage the sales performance of the retail store.
  • Ensure financial objectives and controls are accurately maintained.
  • Enhance the customer experience through effective sales team management at all stages.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop the sales team to foster continuous growth.
  • Lead by example in providing premium customer service and nurturing productive relationships.
  • Ensure the sales team receives comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
  • Promote brand awareness and advocacy within the local market and region.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Stores Director to set and achieve performance goals for the store and team members.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven sales skills within a consultative environment.
  • Ability to effectively lead, direct, and train in a retail setting.
  • Proficient in current retail practices, methods, procedures, and standards.
  • A team player capable of both leading and collaborating effectively.
  • Flexible work schedule reflecting store hours.
  • Competent with contemporary retail software and computer systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items with or without assistance.
