Your Role:
As a Retail Store Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in fostering exceptional teamwork, displaying an insatiable curiosity, and demonstrating genuine care. Your efforts will help uphold Blick’s commitment to our customers, the Arts, and the local community. You will deliver outstanding customer service, contribute to revenue generation through in-depth product knowledge, and ensure a well-maintained shopping environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver superior customer service by leveraging sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills training to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
– Complete and utilize various training programs, including Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders.
– Maintain an energetic and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
– Assist with merchandise set-ups, demonstrating knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ensure the store is maintained according to management’s guidelines.
– Follow directions effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
– Recognize and report low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management as necessary.

General Requirements:
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
– Strong communication skills are essential.
– Availability to work flexible schedules, including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
