Job description:

This role entails delivering outstanding customer service while generating revenue through insightful product knowledge, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, effective merchandising, pricing, point-of-sale operations, and adhering to loss prevention protocols in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Providing superior customer service by leveraging sales strategies, product knowledge, and skills training to meet or exceed customer expectations.
– Engaging in ongoing training programs, including Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, the Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders.
– Maintaining an energetic and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
– Assisting with merchandise set-ups, understanding visual standards and techniques, and ensuring the store aligns with management’s directives.
– Following instructions and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet assigned deadlines with minimal supervision.
– Recognizing and acting upon procedures for reporting low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and fulfilling customer product requests as needed.

General Requirements:
