Job Title: Retail Team Lead/Shift Manager

Company:

Location: University Heights, OH

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Retail Team Lead/Shift Manager” in University Heights, OH, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. Typically, similar roles in retail management regions average between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, store type, and location. Given the rising costs of living, especially in suburban areas, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract and retain skilled employees. Thus, while the offered pay is in line with entry-level positions, it may not sufficiently recognize the responsibilities typically associated with managerial roles.
