You will leverage your outstanding culinary skills, leadership qualities, and operational insight to manage the entire spectrum of kitchen operations during various service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen throughout service.
  • Preparing and cooking hot food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Adhering to food safety protocols, including proper FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation.
  • Conducting regular taste tests to ensure food quality.
  • Managing oven capacity and maintenance for optimal food production.
  • Collaborating with the Manager on Duty, Cold Prep, and Service teams during shifts.
  • Facilitating smooth transitions between AM and PM operations.
  • Documenting waste due to quality or expiration issues while supporting other stations as needed.
  • Leading food tastings and midday quality checks, as well as assisting with new menu training and implementation.
  • Processing incoming orders and reporting any shortages or quality concerns.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and to stand for extended periods.

You must satisfactorily perform all the essential job functions listed above, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorization to work in the United States required.

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
