As a Room Attendant at My Place Hotel, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of our property. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms and public areas, including changing linens, inspecting mattress pads and bedding for cleanliness and damage, and sorting laundry as directed.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Remove used towels from guest rooms and bathrooms, replacing them with fresh ones, and scrub vanities, toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, and floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Room Freshening: Open windows in guest rooms to invite fresh air, promoting a pleasant and warm atmosphere.
- Carpet Care: Vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and communal areas, while checking for and disposing of any trash hidden behind or under furniture.
- Maintenance Coordination: Promptly report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the maintenance team.
- Deep Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning tasks for guest rooms and public areas as assigned, adhering to rigorous cleaning standards.
- Key Security: Safeguard the master key and any collected room keys during cleaning, ensuring proper handling.
- Cart and Storage Organization: Restock and arrange the room attendant’s cart and storage areas at the end of each shift, making sure all supplies are accessible for the next team.
- Trash and Vacuum Maintenance: Empty vacuum cleaners daily and dispose of trash in the outside dumpster.
