Overview
Collaborate with the Room Service Team to deliver outstanding service to our guests and ensure a positive dining experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with company standards and established guidelines.
  • Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve food and beverage trays to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Set up and deliver all VIP amenities.
  • Service hospitality suites per Banquet Event Orders and established procedures.
  • Complete all shift-related tasks as outlined in the hotel’s operational policies.
  • Address customer needs, concerns, and feedback to enhance the guest experience and encourage future patronage, reporting all communications to the immediate supervisor.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities in compliance with company policies.
  • Adhere to attendance requirements and availability to work on a consistent basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or push goods on a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., on a continuous basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
