WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting and welcoming them to create a positive experience, checking in VIP appointments, and directing customers to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a dedicated commitment to daily success.
  • Assist customers with inquiries directed to the reception desk.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
